Good Afternoon, I think it is important for you to know how appreciative I am of this course. I just spent the last few days reading Chapter I, reviewing all of the written and oral support material, and just took the first exam. I am pleased to say that I passed with flying colors. I know the future chapters will be most challenging, but the design, layout and support of this course is outstanding. I know I will succeed!
